Wow, it was terrible! Yesterday I did almost absolutely nothing. I just sat around listening to whatever CD I could find. Well at one point I did go online and talk a bit and did a little bit of stuff to my Elfwood gallery, but I didn't really work at all. Bah, and how I'm feeling it now, oh how painful it is. *gets "I told you so" looks* =@__@;; I am so terrible at working in groups, it makes me feel really guilty when I don't bring stuff in, or I just take charge and do everything. *hates school* yar, spring break is next month... must... hold off...til then... *faints*

Baylee. =B Lol, anybody miss him? I haven't drawn him since.... well a long time ago anyway (whole bunch of charas I haven't drawn in a while). I kept messing up his eyes when I tried to color them though. This is a pic idea I had, which I still might do. I might decide to take this and clean it up and go CG style on it. His headphone chord isn't going anywhere XB;;

....I wanna take someone to the Field Museum with me =@__@=. I dunno, I've just been in this mood to go somewhere with lots of big stuff and just hang around there for a day. Of course that's an ideal thing to do during the summer, but it's not summer time is it =___=. fwah...

Kitteh: I wouldn't say it's beautiful really, but maybe the simple design will work with me, cause that means less stuff to mess with when I wanna update or change stuff or whatever XB.

*DANCES LIKE MAD* XDDDD wuuu!! I got part of my site up an working =D Everyone go take a peek? The link is over to the right under "own sites". Or go HERE for the Shadow version which has my shounen-ai stuff and whatnot. =o_o= Uh, only most of it isn't up yet. I actually spent most of today after school cleaning up my art. The htmling doens't take as long once everything is set up so this weekend expect a couple more gallery pages to go up I think =3. I still need to make an entrace page for both sites though, ne? =o_o= After everything is finished I'll fix the links on this page. I don't think I actually deleted anything.

... the people that are going to my site through here have probably seen everything in there...

Ash: Actually we usually have 4 period days on Tuesday and Wednesday, but this week was shot up and hidden in a closet to rot, so we got 8 period days the whole week. =B hou hou, I got Diallo too, everyone seems to get Diallo.

Kitteh: Our school gets seminars on Thursdays. We have special classes that we can choose (two for each semester usually) and we get out at 12. Of course when we get days off in the week or any other special stuff happens seminar day is kicked out on it's arse and the whole week goes bad. Don't we all wish to have as many charas as Del? (isn't that right Del XB). Lol, if I counted all my really old, hardly existant charas I might make it to about...30? But still, more than two thirds of them are dead/don't have stories.

=o_o= doing some clearing out of my files. Stuff is moved, things are renamed, files deleted, so don't be suprised if about half the pics linked here don't work anymore. I'll fix them later if the pic is still on the server but otherwise I'll probably just relink it to a pic that says "no longer available" or something like that. =D YAAAAAH! I'M MAKIN A WEB SITE, haw haw. I like the layout I did I think. hopefully I'll stick with it this time =o_o=. Blog more later, must finish cleaning.

The weather in Chicago is funky like that. I mean, just as my mom decides she can't pick us up today it starts snowing all over the place. What's worse, the snow then proceeded to MELT and collect nasty dirt and soil and whatever else it is and turn into black globs of slush all over the sidewalk. Weather is weird like that no?

This week doesn't sound like it's going to be fun. The school skrewed up everyone's schedules so that all week we have 8 period days instead of the extended periods on some days. That means all homework assigned is due the next day, and that means homework for every subject >O gar grr, blarr. Oh well, at least we get seminars this week. =@_@= lol, I'm scared that I'm gonna regret getting myself into the Go seminar though.

A real pic today! I really shouldn't post finished work here but I don't have a web site yet so =@_@=. Anyway, this is the trade art thing I did recently. Does it look familier?? =3 I'm rather happy with it, even if it's using simplistic cel style coloring. XD I like the rocks. I don't recall ever doing a cel style CG... *huggles pic* yeeey XB, it even has a vague sort of bg stuff, even though most of the scenery is in the foreground. Mrou, enyway, much luv on this pic.

I want to like my idea for my site design, and then I wanna make it..

Ash: XD lol, 20 charas is nothing compared to Del. *patpat* Just keep working at it, you know? There are tutorial sites all over the net =o_o= although I can't really think of any off the top of my head..

Kitteh: Much sorrieses for missing your IM Saturday! My dad took me and my brother out shopping and then we went to eat =@_@;; We were out til 10 *roll* and I forgot to leave my away message on =@_@;;; gah. XB And yah, I like his nose too, I can't seem to draw it right again though *despairs*. Science experiments are evil. Only people with the right equipment can make the results they're looking for come out.

I guess I also need to start thinking about that other trade I got... ought I do it in real media?

Blaaah, today sucked. The chem lab I was supposed to do didn't get anywhere cause we didn't have enough pressure sensors in class and the chemicals the teacher gave us to use to make carbon dioxide for a controlled gas reacted too quickly in the flask and the gas kept escaping before we were able to plug it and collect the gas. =>_>= Oh, she says all the other groups were able to do it, then why couldn't I? The second we stopped pouring the calcium carbonate into the acid it would stop reacting. Buh. So now me and my partner have to stay during lunch tomorrow or after school or whatever so we can get enough trials done for the lab and etc etc. Blaah. I'm not happy with the amounts of work I'm doing, I can't seem to get anything done again. =_= eeeeeh, scool r sux.

This is Lord Haine Stavros Kenelm. This is a boring head shot. =D He, on the other hand is very much fun. He is in the story that's been brewing in my head which involves Atheral (who is Random as he used to be a long time ago). He's kind of the villain I guess, since he is a very ruthless and merciless sort of guy. And if I say anymore about his backround I will be spoiler-ing my story, not that it matters since I probably am never going to get a chance to really write it or draw it or any of that fun stuff. Obviously this is just my first sketch of him ever, since I design charas by first drawing thier head and stuff. I rather like how he came out, very close to how I imagined him. =D YEY, SHORT SPIKEY HAIR! lol. If I can draw him consistantly that will be a very good thing.

=3 I now have a small collection of charas that are mostly more evil than good, YEEEY! That would include Fahsmyre (that orange-haired vamp), Haine (my new manly chara =D), Ephrael (demon/imp/bat-not really- XB), Jen (vampie slayer), and Atheral (aka past!Random), who sorta almost counts but not quite. =3 I wanna do a pic of them all together one day. That would be fun. *sorts through old charas* I think I almost have 20 now? Maybe more, I have to count.

Ruaki: Muu, I talked to you about it online already, but it's always good to give more support right? *hugs Roo* Even if you aren't really confident in yourself, uhm, =o_o= Pretend you're a Ren of the drawing world and then attack that sheet of paper with your confidence and skillz! XB yeah.

Lol, actually, now that I've finished Kitteh's gift Christmas is finally over. >O Yaaah! Last pic on my super late gift list! *jigs*. =3 lookit her, she wears Christmas colors. Still not havin too much else to say. =o_o= I been thinking about an art page again, but I've done that a lot and never did stuff about it =@_@=. I have a crap-load of HW to do tomorrow too, and a not-quite-birthday party to attend, so I probably won't get anything I want to do done. *shoots chem teacher* =>_>= 90% of the HW is hers, and I still have to deal with geometry. My brother says it's pretty easy though. =o_o= Anybody know what the formula for finding the heat of reaction is?

Ash: The kind of markers? Uuuhm, it says chartpak on them =o_o;;; and they're alcohol based (unlike crayolas which are water based and really suck). I'd kill for more Prisma markers though, they seem to bleed a little less. *tucks your hearts away too* I feel better now, somebody out there luvs me =;o;=. XB I think Roo should donate some of her doujin to me, don't you think so?

Kitteh was showing me pics the other day and they were all amazing and stunning and much crazyness and so I decided to try some real media stuff. =o_o= Hou, and for once I actually went through with it! So yeah, here they be.

Crosshatch furry. =o_o= I was suprised with how the furry came out, cause I mean, it actually looks like a furry. My crosshatching is actually pretty terrible so I made the pic a bit small so no one could see it XB;; lol. I think I could get better at it, although I still don't know how to crosshatch on a person yet.
Pic of Chal in marker. It's just a big face pic since I was only practicing. My skin markers are evil to actually try and color with =@_@=. =3 But he's smiling so I forgive the evil markers =D. I also stole Kitteh's fun method of doing highlights and sparklies, where you take whiteout or paint and do dotties all over. =B It works very nice.

muh =o_o= not much important stuff to say blarh.

Ruaki: =3 glad you liked the (super) late gift. And don't worry, no one's missing anything by me not putting up a website for my art. I show just about everything here =@_@;;

Sorry there aren't any paopu fruits on the tree, =o_o= they don't grow in winter *lies*. The lighting is also a little crazy, and Sora's feet a little small (considering he's Sora), but I guess it's kind of sadisfactory (even though it took me...2 months to finish?). Oh yah, sorry that Riku is wearing yellow and purple/blue again too, cause I know you think that's abominable but they're his colors =@_@=. The fic accompanying this *shifty look* is in the works, but don't worry, it's getting done *lies*.

I'm getting stuff done though, slowly but surely *lies*. One more gift to go before I'm caught up to the new year. Yeh, I'm talking about Kitteh's pic. =P well we do have next Monday off, that's nice, why don't I color the pic then? Sounds like a plan.

The Nedyenka sketch =3333. I decided against showing it as a tiny thumbnail cause I rather like the sketch. Her cloths probably aren't quite accurate since I didn't exactly use reference and by the time I checked I was too lazy to change her cloths =@_@;;. And no, I have no idea what she's standing on =o_o;; I hope it looks futuristic/scientific though.

Fweh? Lots of fun at school today.. =o_o= many of the teachers managed to not do ANYTHING in class and still assign a crap-load of homework. Luckily we have Wednesday off since it's Lincoln's birthday. =o_o= I hear that's only an Illinois holiday though. I got the Go seminar I wanted. I had to bug the teachers to switch it for me since they stuck me in portrait drawing. Not that portrait drawing is bad or anything, but I already did figure drawing last semester. =D Hopefully Go will be fun. Maybe not but I just like the idea of Go.

I happen to have started CGing stuff I said I'd CG. Of course, being me, I haven't got the CG done yet, but I do have some other pics and whatnot to show you all. (Roo's gonna have to wait some more for the Christmas pic. I've got the base colors down though so it shouldn't be much longer =@_@=)

A picture I did for my final project for the figure drawing seminar. =o_o= Nothing particularly spactacular but it's something to look at. Avatar!mcat must have really good balance. Doesn't Avatar!mcat look like a boy? =_=;;;
This one is a pic of our old friend Ephrael. I like his hands and the size of his head isn't bothering me, which is always good. =P His ears make him look kinda like a demi-bat or something though. XB Fweehee, I lum on Ephie. All the shaded stuff is suppose to be black but I didn't feel like doing that.

I actually did draw a sketch of Kitteh's Nedyenka picture but I wanna finalize the sketch before I scan it in. I'll definately put it up later today!

Ash: Kiger is a catboy. Cerasly created the race that Kikila is from (since both are Cerasly's charas), but they're like mermaids (mermen in this case). My opinion on tattoo boy's arm is that the size is fine. The reason it seems small (to me anyway) is still because his head is too large. Yes, I have a problem with making heads the right sizes. XB buh. *shake yuu* Hey hey, you never told me if your site/journal/thing is done yet!

Kitteh: XB lol, I only draw skinny, need more variety in my people-shapes. Fwee, =3 I'm glad you like him, yus. XD and I think I may name him Insa, cause I don't want some random ordinary name. Although I wonder if that's a little short? Beh, I just call him that for now. ANATOMY CLASS! =o_o= Someone at school mentioned that today. Lol, apparently we do have an anatomy science course. You know, if my spelling weren't so horrible I bet I would sound a lot more intelligent. I always run into situations where I know what word I want to use but I couldn't spell it so save myself. As it is I only have a vague grasp of the English language and still screw up spellings sometimes anyway. XO DUMB

=D GUESS WHAT I LEARNED IN GEOMETRY CLASS! =o_o= Very tall people get weak knees and ankles later on in life because weight goes up in cubes while the surface area of the feet goes up by squares. All that weight is being spread out on too small a surface and the legs aren't strong enough to bear that kind of weight without getting weaker faster. =o_o= Tall muscle-bound old people need to use wheel-chairs... *blink*

=B Aha, I did art stuffs! Rejoice (or cringe in fear)!

I wanna work on drawing muscles, cause after wandering around looking at comic book art I realize I don't really know exactly where certain muscles should be.

*stares at entry heading...* Well... it was funny when I was thinking about it, but that's probably why it's not funny now =o_o;;. Some people have that uncanny ability to tell old jokes over and make them seem funny. Or even tell lame jokes and make it funny. The writers for Young Justice (a DC comic) are rather good at it. *craves Young Justice* XB;; I wanna find all those issuses I missed, but theres too many, and I'm not very far into the whole American comics thing so I wouldn't know where to look besides a convention... =@_@;; oh well.... *snrk* Superboy/Robin slash XBBB. Oh yes, very improbably, more than likely to be impossible, but they have this irrisistable snarky sorta teamate-rivalry going. Buh, at least I know I'm not alone on this pairing *is shot at* It's a shame I don't know enough about the timelines of the heros.

Of the few Naruto fics there are at ff.net, most are actually rather well written I think =o_o=. At least the SasuNaru fics are. I should have been downloading those Naruto eps... =;;__;;= but now it's too late, unless I wanna unlazify myself and figure out how the heck to dl them and such.

Borrowed and finished off The Winter King by Bernard Cornwell or something. Our school doesn't have the second book of the trilogy though so I'm rather sad cause I don't wanna skip to the last book without knowing what happens between. =o_o= Britans of that time period seemed really barbaric! And I like Arthur and Galahad. Lancelot is a pansy! A cowardly pansy! I wish I knew something about the Arthurian legend the way it's told with Camelot and the round table and whatnot though.

Still haven't got art...

Ash: Lol, I'd love to draw super curly hair, but I can't seem to do it =@_@;; cause I know I have tried to before. If anyone's going to be seeing anything about my oriuniverse it'll probably be in a written form, since I doubt very much I'd ever end up drawing it... But the chance of me writing it out is also rather slim =@_@;; *patpat* Don't beat yourself up over stuff, yah?

Kitteh: Lol, it's actually Art I, and the teacher admitted that she wasn't quite teaching at level, I think, but something about a schedule change needed us to do computer art. It's over now though, and it doesn't look like it's going to be back anytime soon. And when I say I haven't done productive stuff it's usually true =@_@;; I'm actually not much of a doodler, but I'm even less of a drawer. Somewhere in between, I think, because when I do draw it ends up looking like a doodle, but I can't sit there and churn out like, four or five doodles per useless class. *huggles yuu* =B I'm all better now actually! *glance balefully at HW* well... mostly better.

=o_o= bah, that's right, I forgot. There is one picture I did do for art class. It is of the slums in that old story I have for Laurence and Baylee. =o_o;; okay, so it's a bit more ...dilapitated than a slum would be... Uh, it's the lower sector of a shiney pretty futuristic metropolis and the buildings are all fallen or falling.. and there's lotsa junk everywhere. Originally little Baylee was suppose to be hiding in the pile of rubble on the left there and little Lau was suppose to be looking for him... instead I settled for corny words typed in a cool font... btw, I took real photographs, stuck them together and then colored on top of them to get this pic, only the way far away bg (the gray light stuff) is totally mine... XD;; Isn't it purtyful???

Well, I haven't posted anything in a while =o_o;;. Just writing something to inform you that, yes indeed I am alive, and that no, no, I have not been doing anything very productive as of late. There was a moment there this weekend that seemed like I just might get something done. Ah, but it turns out that that was a false alarm for the most part. I did manage to get about a paragraph of the gift fic done... double spaced... buh... Well I've got it all in my head =@-@;; it's just a matter of expressing it without butchering the story/charas/situation.

=o_o= Someone talked me into my first art trade this weekend. Fwahaha, yes, it is my first art trade ever, unless you count trading gifts.

Thinking about this oriuniverse idea of mine. The first story idea thing I've fit into it is the war that Random (then known as Atheral...) was involved in... It most likely took place in the earlier history of the world.. Lol, I need a name or something for it, it'd probably end up having a game kind of feel to it then... =9_9=..

...That's all for now, maybe I'll draw something later on this week when I've readjusted myself... =9_9= Can't wait til my cold is gone so I don't have to use it as an excuse to do nothing =@_@;; I can't afford to do nothing!

I suddenly felt very out of it today. =9_9= Rolled over into one of those ruts again, I think. Right out of bed and into a rut. *snrk* I feel... very uninspired and very uninteresting? =o_o= I suppose maybe cause it's true, or cause I really really need a new fantasy book to read! I always tell myself I should practice writing stories more, or practice descriptive writing at least. Cause how many people read this journal and find it very boring =o_o=? Lol, a lot I'd say, or I'd get more responses methinks. Well that's okay, I gotta motivate myself somehow =@_@;; If I worked on something, like a website, or a personal comic, I'm sure I'd feel better... although the second involves thinking up a good story. I've proven to be pretty bad at doing longterm story writing/thinking. I can't stick with one story idea for more than a week it seems. =9_9= But now that I think about it, I do have a couple story ideas that could be embellished and made into a proper story. Or I could work on creating that much needed universe for my charas which would help a lot in writing a proper story. XD ah, I just figured it out! What I need is something to get into! =o_o= Wow, amazing... So it could be anything, even like really immersing myself in a fandom, but I don't think I was ever really a deep fanperson.

And by showing you all Roo's X-mas gift lineart I am proving just the opposite... but oh well =o_o=. It's small, and not finished, and I regret that it was not finished before Roo made her declaration of being less interested in anime than she used to be. I'll still color it of course, probably next weekend since I get Friday off. =o_o= and Sora looks like a dork cause I didn't put the Christmas lights in his hands yet. ...They both look like dorks, and I hate drawing the paopu tree. The paopu tree makes a wonderful plot device, but it is impossible to draw, IMPOSSIBLE. =o_o= bah, I forgot to scan the new pic of tattoo boy. I like his new tattoo much better.

...should I consider a style change (in looks)? Maybe, since I've become very bored with myself. Then again I have such a hard time spending effort on how I look... =9_9= And my hair's so long I can sit on it, but I don't want to cut it... XB not without using it in some cosplay or something first anyway. But that will never be, since I already said I have a hard time with this clothing thing. =o_o= I should take that sewing seminar so I can learn how to at least modify cloths, then I wouldn't be as unwilling to try and tackle making a costume... Too bad I already took the Go seminar and the banner painting seminar... pfuh

Kitteh: I think you have about 30MB taken up. Maybe a little more. =o_o= But I'm not checking from the server so I could be off, cause last time I remember you being near warning level. Then again you could have cleared out some stuff already. I think I'm decent with scenery, but not with BGs, which I consider to be very different. =@_@= BGs have to be in proportion with the chara, sceneries can be from pretty far away, so I don't have to worry about small details, like leaves.

Ash: Lol, thanks for the suggestions and stuff, but I don't think I want more classes. I should probably find some clubs to join or something, since I don't actually do that much after school, I just manage my time very very badly. =o_o= and thanks for all the comments on the old stuff, lol, why did you go and do that?

Del: you should replace Death with Than =D in the cards. Or put Than somewhere, cause he's insane, and insane charas are cool. =@_@= yeah.

Recently Del has been having problems with the fulan site. I asked my dad about it and he took a look an realized that the account was over the limit of space that it was given.

The good news is Del should be able to use FTP again on the fulan site, and hopefully this fixes the browser problem too (but I'm not sure).
The bad news is =o_o= lol uh, I know we said earlier that it was unlimited space... but unfortunately the hardrive of our server forces us to give them a limit =^^;; *bricks fly*. My dad suggests that all the people I know that have a fulan account should start cleaning up the accounts. He has upped the limit for Kitteh and Del to about 80MB I think (not sure, might be 70), since they're more active with the websites. If you need more than that.. =o_o= uhm, I think I can convince him to give you more space, but it's probably still a good idea to put everything where it belongs and throw out anything else (like if you have copies of the same picture in different places).

Ash: XD I don't mind people using the word fecksie, you know. I'd like to spread the word, because it amuses me greatly. =B And I didn't know you were working on a blog! I'd love to have the link when you finish it! *rollroll* XD more friends to link to.

Kitteh: =B that idea sounds good! I should do bg's for pics... =@_@= but I'm LAZY *shot*. And yes, it occured to me after I drew him that the black haired guy's hair does resemble Jared's a lot =o_o;;. I was hoping the hair would look a litte straighter than his is, but oh well. *effectively puts off working for another hour or so* And I can do that by just sitting here thinking what I should write about. I think, the life of school children must be really boring. And if that is so, mine must be doubly, no, TRIPLY boring! What would you suggest I do as far as getting into extra activities in school if I don't like to spend time out of my room? I suppose I could go out of my room... but that would defeat the purpose of staying there. Maybe I ought to hone my skills in writing and art and participate in contests and stuff... Then again, at the pace that I do work I'll never get anything done. =o_o= Euh, I'm being very self defeating.... Well, I suppose I'll ponder on that until junior year and then decide to do something so I might still be accepted to some colleges I apply for. =>_>= this "thinking about college" thing isn't very appealing.

I learned to play Go the other day. I made my brother teach me so that I could join the seminar that teaches us how to play Go. They're doing more advanced stuff so the teacher said I have to learn the basics before I'm allowed to join. =3 Me and my brother don't have a Goban so we played on my dry-erase board with markers.

..... I find myself so easily sidetracked these days =^^;; *worries* I can sit and stare at a wall blankly for at least an hour. It's very sad. I wonder how I'm able to waste all this time when I could be doing productive stuff. I guess productiveness isn't in my blood.

Cliff dwellings over the sea. This was during that time when I wanted to do more landscapey stuff. =@_@;; yes, the moment did pass, but only because homework has the effect of sucking out any of my will to do things. I want my whimsies.
New chara sketches. I don't know how long they'll last but they were born after looking at a lot of FFVII-Shinra doujin stuff (although they don't relate that closely actually). Um, so I guess that means they're either mercs or treasure hunters... something that involves fighting and traveling. The dark haired guy is probably the more serious and sensible of the two. I suppose if one of them has to be leader then it's him. He started out with a sense of humor...I don't know where it evaporated to =@_@;; I'll find it again later. And I believe his hair was spikey in my mind's eye... Although it's not that bad like this, maybe I just want it a little shorter... The other guy with the markings... =o_o= I dunno. He looked really different in my head. I still need to work on his design, it's kinda poopy here (such as the hair could be a little better). With a bit of tweaking it should be fine, like that face tattoo, which is especially poopy and needs changing. Byeh, I'm no good with details like random marking tattoo things. ...Anyway, he's obviously the more outgoing one. He's also most likely not human =9_9= (and other details I won't mention right now). A pretty typical duo. *needs a universe to toss these types of people in*

CRAP! FECKDARNSCHEISSE! =__= I'm angry at myself. I was trying to create a new archive page and accidentally killed one of my other ones forever and ever.... So now I have no record of the last couple months of last year.. =__= I...can't remember what stuff I just lost... GAAHREDSFDS!!!! *shoots things* I CAN'T BELIEVE I CAN'T RETRIEVE IT SOMEHOW!!! *sigh*.... well you have a new archieve page to look at.... not that it's anything you haven't seen and such....
