	According to the samples of products and acknowledge certificate, it carries strict tests on the raw materials with the help of various equipment such as mill voltage meter, oscillograph, audio frequency generator and LCR pressure-resistance instrument. It can provide good quality-ensuring system for all the assembly lines. And it analyzes the reason why there is defective goods and coordinate with the material-supplier to improve the quality. It also pays regular inspection to the materials in the warehouse and handles the problems accordingly.
	Quality-controlling methods seem to be vital as a supervising department that take charge of the quality of all the lines. It has equipped the acoustic speaker line, circuit plate line, wire-producing line and earphone-producing line with audio frequency signal generator, mill voltage meter, oscillograph and distortion test-apparatus for checking. Among them, in the acoustic speakers, we install computerize-test software CLIO to ensure the quality of the products. IPQC inspects all the lines according to schedule and control the tin-oven temperature. They inspect all the processes and deal with all the problems which arise during the production duly.
	Introduce a advanced horizontal-V machine with 8 knifepoint together with the craftsman who have high skills and 8-year experience in this field. Daily output 15000 sets. They insist that" quality is the first and the most important".
	They use machine and handcrafts to keep the good quality. The high grass timbers are imported from Malaysia. This group is in charge of all the speaker-box and they are strict with the quality control.
	It's responsible for the producing of various kinds of wires which used in speakers. This department is equipped with apparatus which can complete all the work, such as peeling of materials, tin-soldering and mold plastic.
	In charge of the fabric-meshwork of all the products. They work in pipelining. And daily output is more than 10000pcs. They are equipped with ultrasonic machine to keep the good quality of the fabric-meshwork.
	It has several assembly lines, two of which are non-dust workshops that provide good environment for the production of super-thin speakers. It also has two lines to produce earphones.
	As a final inspection department, it has strict standard. Besides the regular inspection according to the QA criteria, it has various test appliances and PC software CLIO which can provide the experiments concerning with technical data and reliability (longevity, falling). In view of the quality problems arise, it calls for all the departments concerned to research new items and improve the quality. In this way, quality can be guaranteed.
	It is mainly responsible for producing the finished circuit plates. The department has processing lines which can do the inserting of the spare parts duly. It adopts automatically-dipping and tin-soldering system which can avoid the demerits brought by manual tin-soldering. The quality of the plates is guaranteed accordingly
	It is responsible to produce the plastic mold for the acoustic speakers. It has a strong power of production and can provide sufficient parts for the acoustic speaker assembly-line. The department also has a relative mold-repairing team which sees closely and timely to mend and maintain of the molds.
	In charge of spray oil to the finished plastic products and they are equipped with constant temperature oven, so as to make the oil dry quickly.
	It is charged to spray oil to the finished plastic products and print logo and mark on them as well. It also produces the cloth-nets for the acoustic speakers.
